Finishing your parts how you want them is all part of the service, whether it’s a product that needs a silky-smooth finish or a gear tray that needs a variety of inserts.

Inserts – we have several inserting machines including Haeger 824 with automatic bowl feed, Haeger 618 and a PEMSERTER. These machines enable us to attach a wide variety of inserts, accurately, efficiently and quickly into your parts. We also have a wide variety of pneumatic rivnut guns.

De-Burring – deburr parts or simply round off very square cuts that have been produced by the laser cutters. This service improves the feel of the part and can make potentially dangerous parts safe by removing sharp edges. Alphin Pans can also grain parts, where the appearance of a part is paramount, Alphin Pans can remove un-sightly scratches by giving the flat part a grained finish where required.
