Director – Kate Grimshaw BSc (Hons), MTPl, MRTPI
I am a chartered town planner with 30 years of planning experience gained from both the public and private sectors.
I established KG Planning Ltd 10 years ago and during that time I have built up strong relationships with individuals from other related disciplines and with the Local Planning Authorities that I have worked with across the region.
I have been involved in a wide range of projects in both the commercial and residential sectors., from complex, large scale schemes to smaller, sensitive residential sites in the Green Belt.
As a sole practitioner, I listen carefully, think strategically from the outset and translate policy and legislation into clear guidance, in order to ensure the best outcome for my clients.
I am a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) which means that I act under the regulations and ethical guidelines of the RTPI and the Code of Professional Conduct.
PLANNING SERVICES
I utilise my 30 years experience to navigate the planning system which can feel overly complicated and slow to offer honest advice which is technically robust and commercially grounded.
