Alphin Pans has one of the most up to date laser / punching departments in the country, this includes 9Kw Amada Regius-AJ Fibre Laser, a EML-AJ Laser / Punch combination, and a EMZ Punch – all fully automated for 24-7 production capabilities.

Cutting many different types of materials and holds good stocks of material. These include aluminium, stainless steel, pre-coated steel, copper and brass. As well as cutting we can punch, form and tap material all during the flat part production.

At Alphin Pans we take quality seriously and that’s why we invested in the Virtek Fabri Vision, this machine scans all first off parts against the customers DXF ensuring that the part being produced is accurate to the drawing, a report is then saved so that should any issues arise, we can quickly refer back to your part and if necessary, send you the report.
