We understand how expensive it can be to launch a new product, whether it is a light fitting that needs metal spinning or a baking tray that needs pressing. That is why Alphin Pans has a fully equipped toolroom so that we can manufacture your tools at a sensible price.
Milling – We have the following milling machine centres:
HAAS VF4 – XYZ 1270 x 508 x 635mm; HAAS VF4SS – High Performance Lathe; XYZ 1270 x 508 x 635mm; HAAS VM3 – High Precision Mould Machine; XYZ 1016 x 660 x 635mm; 2 x Toolroom milling machines
Turning – We have the following turning centres:
HAAS ST-40 Large capacity lathe – 15” Chuck & 3 Toolroom lathes.
Toolmaking – Our fully equipped toolroom has lathes, milling machines, large bed grinders and radial arm drills.
